First Create USB boot disk. To create a boot disk you can use rufus.

Step by Step setup instructions are below...

Insert Bootable USB with PC, Run PC from USB

Select Next   Below

Click on Install below

Select Accept check box and click on Next

Select Custom: Install Windows Only from below Screen

Select your primary storage partition and click on Next

The installation will start and finish automatically from this step

Select your Country or Region and click on Yes

Select Keyboard Layout and click on Yes

Click on Skip to avoid more keyboard or input device selection

Click on I don't have internet

Click on Continue with limited setup

Type your User Name and click on Next

Type your account password with confirmed password

Select and type your 3 (Three) security question

Windows will start booting...
