To swap Presenter View and the slideshow, click Display Settings at the top of the Presenter View screen and select Swap Presenter View and Slide Show. Methods to Swap Presenter View and Slide Show
  • Using Display Settings (Easiest):
    1. Start your slideshow (F5).
    2. At the top of the screen showing your notes (Presenter View), click Display Settings.

  • Via the "Slide Show" Tab (Before Presenting):
    1. Go to the Slide Show tab on the ribbon.
    2. In the "Monitors" group, use the Monitor dropdown menu to select which monitor should display the full-screen slideshow.
    3. Ensure the box for Use Presenter View is checked.
