To sync Chrome tabs across devices, sign into the same Google account on all devices (desktop/mobile) and turn on Sync in settings. Ensure "Open Tabs" is checked under "Manage what you sync". Access open tabs from other devices via the "History" menu (Ctrl+H) or the three-dot menu on mobile. 

Steps to Sync Chrome Tabs:

• Sign In: Open Chrome, click the profile icon (top right), and sign in with your Google account.
• Enable Sync: Go to Settings > Sync and Google services > Manage what you sync.
• Select Data: Toggle on "Sync everything" or ensure "Open tabs" is enabled.
• Access Tabs (Desktop): Click the 3-dot menu > History > Tabs from other devices.
• Access Tabs (Mobile): Tap the 3-dot menu > Recent Tabs.

• Verify Sign-in: If sync pauses, re-verify your account.
• Check Settings: Ensure you are signed into the same Google account on all devices.
• Force Sync: If needed, turn off and on the sync for tabs in settings.
