Changing Your Gmail Password on an Android Device

Take the following steps to change your Gmail password on an Android smartphone or tablet.1.     Open Gmail and log in if necessary.
2.     Tap the menu button in the upper left-hand corner (look for three horizontal lines).
3.     When the drop-down menu appears, scroll down and select Settings.
4.     The Settings screen should now be displayed. Tap your Gmail address.
5.     Select Manage your Google Account.
6.     The Google Account interface should now be visible. Tap Personal Info.
7.     Tap Password.
8.     Type in your current Gmail password and tap Next.
9.     Enter your desired new password twice: once in the New password field, and again in the Confirm new password field.
10.   Tap Change Password to complete the process.
